Understanding how criminals are innovating on the Dark Web

The so-called Dark Web - the area of the Internet that's either not linked to by any major search engines or actively hidden via hidden services such as the onion router (TOR) is home to all sorts of illegal activity. 

From drugs to weapons, from hacking to hire to fake identities, a gamut of illegal services for sale or hire is causing headaches for law enforcement and intelligence agencies around the world.
