Automation That Finally Scales With You

Partner View: Automation by default, control when you need it.

We're excited to announce the launch of Partner View, our new centralized management tool.

With rapid advancements in sophistication of attacks, as security professionals, we need more of our stack to work together so we can address the riskiest behaviors, fast.

Here's a truth every partner already knows: managing phishing simulations and training for one customer is straightforward. Managing it for a hundred and fifty tenants, each with different onboarding dates, different risk profiles, different compliance deadlines, is a different problem entirely.

It's not a bigger version of the same job. It's a different job. So, we set out to build a platform that treats it that way.

Built for the Way Partner Teams Actually Work

In close collaboration with our partner teams, we asked them what sucks their time.

The answer, consistently, was the gap between what a program needs to do to change behavior and how many manual steps it takes to deliver it. Every tenant-by-tenant login, every repeated configuration, every “wait, did I already schedule that for this client” moment is time that isn't going toward the things that grow a security practice.

We can’t ignore that 82% of breaches involve the human element; a person clicking, approving, reusing a password or simply too busy to recognize a threat. Not only do we need to ensure that staff understand their impact and role in protecting themselves and their organization, but we also need to ensure partners have the time to deal with real threats, not triaging tickets or trying to manage arduous programs.

So, we designed Partner View with automation that gives partners the visibility and control needed to run programs efficiently as they grow.

What That Actually Looks Like

Our automation is designed to protect a partner teams’ attention for the parts of the job a platform can’t do.

That means they have access to:

  • Wide Activity Dashboard: To see what's running, scheduled, or about to launch across their entire customer base in one view, instead of checking tenant by tenant.

  • Central Reports: To receive on demand reporting, sent regularly the team or customers inbox.

  • Curated Learning: To use adaptive phishing with recommended defaults out of the box or to customize for some or all of their clients.

  • Bulk Assignment Engine: To flexibly assign specific phishing campaigns and course campaigns across many or all tenants in a single action.

Simplicity when you want it, highly customizable when you need it.

The Bottom Line

Security awareness training and behavior change works when it's designed well, delivered consistently, and reinforced over time. We've said that before, and the data backs it up. But none of that matters to a partner if delivering it consistently to two hundred customers requires two hundred separate manual efforts.

Scale shouldn't be the enemy of quality. Automation should carry the weight of routine decisions across a partners entire customer base and you should still be able to step in, tenant by tenant or all at once, whenever your judgment says otherwise.
