Introducing the Beauceron Security Partner Advisory Council (PAC)

Shaping What’s Next, Together.

Beauceron Security has always grown because of our partners. The MSPs and MSSPs who put our platform in front of their clients every day know things about the market, the buyer, and the day-to-day reality of delivering security awareness training that we can't learn any other way. Today, we are formally introducing the Beauceron Security Partner Advisory Council (PAC).

The PAC is a standing group of partners who will work directly with our product, delivery, and go-to-market teams on an ongoing basis. It's a structured, recurring seat at the table for the voices closest to the problem we solve, and a commitment from us that their input shapes real outcomes, not just a slide in a QBR deck.

Why We're Investing in This

Most vendor advisory boards exist to make the vendor look good. Feedback goes in, and nothing visible comes back out. We wanted to build something that earns its place on our partners' calendars, which means holding ourselves to a higher bar: partners actually see their feedback reflected in what we build and how we go to market.

This is also bigger than one program. It's an investment in the entire partner experience. The work the council does, from sharpening our roadmap to refining how we support partners day to day, benefits every partner in our ecosystem, not just the ones with a council seat. Better product decisions and sharper go-to-market support are things every Beauceron Security partner will feel the benefit of.

What Partner Feedback Has Already Taught Us

We didn't wait for a formal council to start listening, and what we've heard so far has already changed how we build. A few examples:

Automation and flexibility aren't opposites. We used to believe automation was the whole answer. Partners told us we were wrong. Automation in this space is table stakes; the real gaps in security awareness live in the ability to customize, fine-tune, and control that automation. That feedback directly shaped the launch of our Partner View central management console.

The problem was never knowledge. It was execution. Partners already knew what a good security awareness program looked like. Where they struggled was getting it live, correctly, across every tenant that needed it. That gap only became visible because partners were in the room telling us about it directly, not something we would have found on our own.

Compliance support means more than a talking point. Plenty of vendors say they support compliance. Few actually follow through. Partners made clear that compliance training and easily accessible compliance reporting are two different problems, and doing both well, at scale, is what actually moves the needle for MSPs.

That's the kind of insight we want more of, and the PAC gives it a permanent, structured home. Instead of surfacing this feedback occasionally and informally, we'll be gathering it proactively and consistently, and turning it around faster.

What Partners Can Expect

  • A roadmap shaped by real field experience: Priorities informed by the partners closest to the customer, not just internal assumptions

  • Stronger go-to-market support: Messaging, enablement, and programs built with direct partner input, not guesswork

  • A more responsive partner program: One that adapts based on what's actually working (and what isn't) in the field

  • Greater transparency: We'll be sharing what the council is working on and what's changed as a result

This is the kind of investment we believe separates a good partner program from a great one: a two-way commitment where the people building the product and the people selling it are working from the same table.
